THE Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) will next year begin determination of the quality and quantity of minerals produced by mining companies.
This will be done through the Mineral Output Statistical Evaluation System (MOSES) which is currently in its pilot phase.
MOSES is an intersection and a delivery mechanism of the Mineral Value Chain Monitoring Project MVCMP and the Mineral Production Monitoring Support Project (MPMSP) in the harmonisation and enhancement of mineral commodity thorough a centralised and automated system from the point of extraction up to the issuance of export permits.
