Zesco switched off

TP MAZEMBE coach Mihayo Kazembe yesterday did not celebrate his team’s victory over Zesco United in a CAF Champions League first round first leg saying the encounter is far from over.
Kazembe said at a briefing that Zesco will attack from the first whistle in the return fixture in Ndola on Saturday and the Lubumbashi-based side should brace for a tough match.
Mazembe will advance to the group stage with a goalless draw while Zesco need to beat the five-time Champions League holders by two unanswered goals to remain in the competition or drop to the Confederation Cup.
“For me it is not a bad result to win 1-0 but we know the return leg is going to be difficult and Zesco will push us in Ndola,” Kazembe said.
