I WOULD like to express my displeasure with Zesco toll free line, 322 for being constantly busy.
LastÂ Friday, I purchased electricity units using my MTN mobile. The transaction went through, but the token numbers were not sent to my mobile account though it indicated a deduction. Efforts to callÂ the Zesco customer centre, as advised by MTN Facebook , proved futile even as I am writing this letter I have not received the electricityÂ units from Zesco.
How reliable is MTN mobile in terms of paying bills? Who are the regulators of such services in Zambia?
