It says the trade exhibition is expected to promote and showcase to the international and local companies’ products produced in Zambia.
The investment forum will involve presentations by local specialists on capital markets and private equity as well as the challenges faced by SMEs in accessing finance.
The statement says the event will be used as a platform to reach out to companies in the local industry to enable them utilise the available resources from the afreximbank for investment in their companies.
“Companies should take part in the events [trade exhibition and the investment forum] as they will provide an opportunity to show case products to potential funders and also network with business clients from other countries,” the statement states.
