EXACTLY 588 days since Zambia went to the polls to elect its sixth president Edgar Lungu, one to replace late President Michael Sata, Zambians will again be returning to the booths, but this time to choose not only the republican president but members of Parliament, mayors, council chairpersons, councillors as well as vote on the Bill of Rights through a referendum.
The dynamics have changed since last year’s January presidential election or indeed the September 18, 2011 elections.
