VIVO Energy Holding has agreed to enter into a share transaction with Eugen Holdings with the deal being subject to regulatory approval.
Upon completion of the transaction, Zambia will be among nine countries that will be added to Vivo Energy’s network.
According to a statement availed to the Daily Mail on Monday, the other markets involved in the agreement are Democratic Republic of Congo, Zimbabwe, Réunion, Gabon, Rwanda, Mozambique, Tanzania and Malawi, as well as Kenya operations where Vivo Energy already operates .
