ZAMBIA’S plan to access up to US$50 billion for climate change mitigation and adaptation programmes for the period between 2018 and 2030 is now in sight.

Zambia’s Ambassador to Germany Anthony Mukwita said the money will be accessed once Zambia’s partners establish that Government is willing to access the money, which comes mostly in grants and low concessions.
Mr Mukwita said this in Lusaka during a high-level meeting aimed at enhancing a national strategy for accessing resource mobilisation.
