Tuvwange – Lifestyle talk show back on Zambezi Magic

AFTER the successes of Season One, lifestyle talk show Tuvwange has returned to the screens for Season Two on Zambezi Magic.
In a statement released by Zambezi Magic marketing and public relations manager Ntando Ndokweni, channel head Mosibudi Pheeha says the producers of the magazine and lifestyle show have added a new spin to the show.
Tuvwange is a lifestyle and talk show featuring a group of outspoken female hosts who reflect the modern times and culture as they share views and perspectives accumulated through varied life experiences.
The hosts include Mutale Mwanza, Natasha Van Der Maas and Esther Chungu, among others.
The show encompasses on-the-pulse topics ranging from the day’s news to beauty, fashion, relationships and financial advice.
Season Two of the show was expected to premiere last night at 21:30 hours.
“Tuvwange Season I was welcomed by the viewers and this has resulted in it being a resounding success,” Pheeha said.
“The space for the topics discussed exists and has brought up conversations amongst the viewers as seen on our communication platforms that we sweep with a fine-tooth comb.
“As the show grows, we naturally start exploring a broader variety of on-the-pulse topics to further tantalise and in turn keep the channel relevant and authentic to the needs of the viewers.”
Pheeha also mentioned that the producers have introduced a new spin to the show by having resident guests that will see viewers through the entire season.
“These include Jane Mazimba, a financial expert, chef Tembi Mukumbila as well as chef Mwangala Seevaru and lastly Amy Malonda, also known as Aunty Stylish, who will give viewers style hacks and keep them up to date with what’s hip and what’s not,” read the statement.
In addition, viewers can also expect the crème de la crème of Zambia’s who’s who such as actress Chichi Daisy Lupupa, Monique Matipa, best known as DJ Honey, musician and actress Viola Banda, politician Chilufya Tayali and actor Cosmas Ng’andwe, who is popularly known as Logic in drama series Mpali, among others.
“Stay glued to Zambezi Magic every Friday to find out who else has made it on the list of featured guests on Tuvwange Lifestyle,” the statement reads.
“Viewers will once again be teased through a series of 26 episodes. The show has been given a new time slot on the channel and viewers are encouraged to be cognisant of the change to avoid disappointment.”
Tuvwange is a Mambwe word that means “let’s talk”.
