PRESIDENT Lungu says he will not accept bureaucracy which the civil service has embraced over time.
President Lungu has since started repositioning staff in the civil service to improve service delivery.
He said it is unfortunate that most civil servants who have served for a long time believe that the hallmark of civil service delivery is bureaucracy.
He said this at State House yesterday when he swore in Ministry of Works and Supply permanent secretary Charles Mushota.READ MORE
