Special assistant to the President for press and public relations Amos Chanda.

STEVEN MVULA, Lusaka
GOVERNMENT will source financing directly from Chinese banks and not through contractors to reduce the cost of borrowing for development programmes.

This follows Cabinet’s approval of the restructuring of the bilateral debt cooperation with the Chinese government.
This is according to a statement released yesterday by Special Assistant to the President for Press and Public Relations, Amos Chanda after Monday’s Cabinet meeting.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
