South Africa nabs Zambian woman


POLICE in South Africa have arrested a Zambian woman for alleged drug trafficking.
And the Zambian High Commission in Pretoria has advised Zambians travelling to South Africa to ensure that they make adequate arrangements and acquaint themselves with that country’s amended Immigration laws, before setting off on their trips.
Zambia’s High Commissioner to South Africa Emmanuel Mwamba said South African police arrested the Zambian woman on Sunday.
Mr Mwamba said in an interview yesterday that the woman was allegedly caught with a narcotic substance.
“Hildah Malaya was nabbed at Oliver Reginald Tambo International (ORTI) Airport on her way to Lusaka from India,” Mr Mwamba said
