SMART EAGLES: PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu has received official complaints from the governor of Kinshasa and opposition political parties on electoral challenges ahead of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) elections scheduled for Sunday.
He received the complaints in his capacity as chairperson for the Southern African Development Community organ on politics, defence and security.
