RTSA, Police disown no-fine report

KATONGO LUMPA, Lusaka
THE Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) and the Zambia Police Service have denied sending messages circulating on social media suggesting that traffic offenders will no longer face any charges.
The two State institutions advised people to disregard the messages currently circulating on social media purporting that they will prosecute all traffic offences and that no fines will be paid for admission of guilt.
They said this in a joint statement yesterday issued by RTSA public relations manager Frederick Mubanga and police spokesperson Esther Katongo.READ MORE
