‘Raise PF credibility bar’

NANCY SIAME, Lusaka
VICE-PRESIDENT Inonge Wina has urged Patriotic Front (PF) members of staff to popularise the ruling party’s manifesto and conduct themselves in an exemplary manner to raise the bar on the credibility of the party.
Mrs Wina, who is also PF vice-president, said this when she addressed workers at the PF secretariat in Lusaka yesterday.
According to a statement issued by PF deputy spokesperson Frank Bwalya, Mrs Wina toured the premises before holding a closed door meeting with PF secretary general Davies Mwila and his deputy Mumbi Phiri during which a number of party matters were discussed.
“Mrs Wina, who was in a jovial mood, arrived at the PF Secretariat around 11:15 hours and left after an hour,” Mr Bwalya said.
Mr Mwila described the visit of Mrs Wina as short but very encouraging.
