Race to state house begins

THE race to State House starts in earnest tomorrow as presidential candidates begin filing their nominations.
And Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) chairperson Esau Chulu emphasised the need for political parties to subscribe to respecting the Electoral Code of Conduct in order to ensure a fair and level playing field during campaigns.
ECZ announced the timetable for receiving nomination papers from the presidential candidates and their running-mates at a briefing for presidential candidates at Hotel InterContinental in Lusaka yesterday.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm
