Jesuit Centre for Theological Reflection (JCTR) director Leonard Chiti has called on teachers, parents and communities to pay attention to other factors that may be inhibiting good performance of pupils in schools.
Father Chiti said in an interview in Lusaka yesterday that teachers need to pay extra attention to pupils in schools and know their areas of weakness in order to help them adequately.
Fr Chiti said that quality education includes identifying factors preventing good performance and implementation of a system that enhances the teacher-pupil ratio.
