Political violence victims buried

WINNING an election is through the ballot paper and not street fights, Patriotic Front (PF) secretary general Davies Mwila has said.
Mr Mwila says PF is aware that some opposition political parties have allegedly recruited people who are engaged in criminal activities to disrupt peaceful campaigns.
He was speaking yesterday at Leopards Hill Memorial Park during the burial of two PF youth members, Dan Kasongo, 37, and Davison Kabunda, 32.
The two were cruelly murdered by suspected United Party for National Development (UPND) cadres at the party’s campaign centre in Kanyama Township on Friday last week.
