PF rejects UPND councillors – Wina

VICE-PRESIDENT Inonge Wina says the Patriotic Front (PF) has rejected several United Party for National Development (UPND councillors who want to defect to it because the ruling party does not want to create unnecessary by-elections.
Mrs Wina told Parliament yesterday that the PF secretariat is overwhelmed with applications from UPND councillors wanting to ditch the opposition political party.
