Partner with local, foreign investors – Lungu

PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu has called for partnerships between the Zambia National Service (ZNS), local and foreign investors to enhance food security in the country.
He has also urged farmers to start practicing smart agriculture to mitigate the adverse effects of climate change.
