STEVEN MVULA, Lusaka
STATE House will not apologise for urging police to arrest anyone inciting Zambians to rise against the Chinese.
Special assistant to the President for press and public relations Amos Chanda said President Edgar Lungu’s number one responsibility is to protect life and property by ensuring that there is stability, law and order in the country.
“If any national – Zimbabwean, Chinese, Angolan, Portuguese –are being incited against by any element within society, the State has a responsibility to move in decisively and protect that section of society that is being targeted,” Mr Chanda said in an interview yesterday.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
