THE United Party for National Development (UPND) in North-Western Province has suffered another setback after the resignation of two of its councillors who have joined the Patriotic Front (PF).But UPND spokesperson Charles Kakoma says the defections are a scheme allegedly hatched by the PF to penetrate the opposition party’s strongholds.
The councillors are Binwell Kasauntu of Kanyama ward in Mwinilunga and Titus Kapindula of Liyovu ward in Zambezi which are both UPND strongholds.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
