WE AS employees of Zambia Institute of Management (ZAMIM) are appealing to Minister of Higher Education Nkandu Luo to intervene in the situation at the institution.
For six months the company has failed to pay us our salaries, from November 2018 to April 2019.
The landlords are on our necks threatening eviction, our children owe school fees and life has just been unbearable for the last six months.
What is more frustrating is that management sold a piece of land in its possession to Road Transport and Safety Agency at K13.5 million, but instead of settling the arrears, they used it for other things, including buying luxurious cars.
We are therefore appealing to our mother, the Minister of Higher Education, to come to the aid of ZAMIM workers.
