DEFENDER Buchizya Mfune says the national team will atone for its failure to qualify to the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations by winning the Council of Southern Africa Football Associations (COSAFA) Senior Challenge Cup.
And assistant coach Aggrey Chiyangi says the Chipolopolo’s target is to win the quarter-final match which will shape the team’s destiny.
The COSAFA kicked off in Namibia last Saturday.
Mfune, who is captaining the COSAFA squad, said in an interview after the morning training session at Independence Stadium in Lusaka on Monday that winning the regional championship will be the only way the Chipolopolo will impress Zambians.
