Lwandamina hails victorious players

ZESCO United coach George Lwandamina has hailed his players for beating Red Arrows in Wednesday’s Super Division rescheduled Week Four match at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.
Zesco beat Arrows 2-0 courtesy of Jackson Mwanza and Jesse Were strikes.
In a post-match interview, Lwandamina said his side struggled to grab maximum points.
“It was a tough game and Red Arrows have the endurance to run 90 minutes and they gave us a tough time. It’s good we took advantage of their lapses and scored two goals, otherwise they played well,” Lwandamina said.
Zesco are second on the log with 31 points at par with Nkana but the former have a healthier goal aggregate.
