LuSE unleashes mobile online platform

TRYNESS TEMBO, Lusaka
TO STIMULATE participation on the local bourse, the Lusaka Securities Exchange (LuSE) yesterday launched a mobile online trading platform to enable investors to buy and sell securities using their phones.
This might assist LuSE in increasing the number of firms participating on the platform.
LuSE has been in existence for 28 years, but it has only 23 companies listed.
Investrust Bank Plc, Lafarge Zambia Plc, Zanaco, Zambia Sugar Plc, Zambeef Products, Copperbelt Energy Corporation and Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines Investments Holdings are some of the companies trading on LuSE.
