PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu will deal firmly with military personnel who have allegedly been harassing innocent Lusaka residents, if he establishes that such reports are true.

The head of State said here yesterday that the soldiers were deployed on the streets of Lusaka to help curb the spread of cholera and not to beat up innocent residents.
“Soldiers are men and women of discipline and they have so far done their best,” he said.
