PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu yesterday launched the first-ever tile-making plant in Zambia, built at a cost of US$35 million.
The President launched the plant with a call on the private sector to add value to raw materials to create wealth and job opportunities for Zambians.
President Lungu, who was accompanied by Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry Margaret Mwanakatwe, commended Marcopolo Tiles for responding to Government’s policy of promoting natural value addition to natural resources.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
