Lubinda opens Kamulanga clinic

Health services have been brought closer to more residents of Jack Township in Lusaka with the opening of the K309,000 Kamulanga clinic yesterday.
Speaking during the official opening of the clinic, Kabwata member of Parliament (MP) Given Lubinda said President Lungu is determined  to take health  services  as close to the people as possible.
He said the clinic is a dream come true for Jack Township residents, who have patiently waited for the health facility to be completed.
“The construction of the health post was started three years ago and it has only been completed this year, which is a dream come true for the residents,” Mr Lubinda said.
Kamulanga ward councillor Derrick Chansa said Jack Township residents will no longer have to travel long distances to access healthcare at Kabwata, Kamwala and Chawama clinics.
