Landlord narrates killing of tenant’s ex-wife

CHOMBA MUSIKA, Lusaka
A LUSAKA landlord has told the Lusaka High Court how his male tenant shot dead his (tenant’s) ex-wife when the woman went to collect her wardrobe.
Eustone Kapotwe, a 65-year-old lecturer at Zambia Open University, said before Kenneth Makina allegedly shot at Charity Jikubi, the accused also shot him in the thigh as he aimed at Ms Jikubi.
Dr Kapotwe was testifying in a case Makina, 42, is facing two counts of murder and acts intending to cause grievous bodily harm.
