Kambwili’s fate today

NANCY SIAME, Lusaka
THE Patriotic Front (PF) disciplinary committee is today expected to meet to decide the fate of Roan member of Parliament and former Minister of Information and Broadcasting Services Chishimba Kambwili.
The disciplinary hearing failed to take place on Friday as scheduled because Dr Kambwili’s witnesses failed to travel to Lusaka.
PF deputy spokesperson Frank Bwalya said in an interview yesterday that the disciplinary hearing will take place at the party’s secretariat starting at 14:00 hours.
“The disciplinary committee is all set to hear Dr Kambwili’s case tomorrow (today),” he said.
Dr Kambwili has been charged with gross indiscipline including that of accusing Luanshya mayor Nathan Chanda of being a wizard.
