PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu says human-elephant conflicts in the Kavango Zambezi Transfrontier Conservation Area (KAZA) should effectively be tackled because they are a source of concern.
KAZA region is shared by Angola, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
