Is Buildcon Football Club a failed project?

Dear editor,
NEWLY-PROMOTED Premier league side, Buildcon Football Club has a contingent of foreign players featuring for the team.
One may wonder whether Biuldcon is a Zambian or foreign club.

This is because the team can feature all foreign players against the opponents. The game in point one where the team played against Power Dynamos Football Club in week four which ended in 1 all draw.
Buildcon had recorded three goalless draws prior to drawing 1 all with Power Dynamos in week four fixture. From the four games played, the team has amassed 4 points from a possible 12 points, scoring a goal and conceding one.
In my considered view, I feel the Dan Kabwe tutored side has a contingent of foreign players to consolidate their stay in the elite league and consequently win the Super League.
All things being equal, this is a failed project because these foreign players are failing to score goals and win matches. On the other hand, the team should comprise foreign and local players so that they can blend well.
It is acceptable that foreign players can ply their trade in Zambian teams, but not the whole contingent of players, featuring for the team as the case is with Buildcon.
Elemiya Phiri,
