HH tells creditors: Bally will pay


NOT for the first time since taking office, President Hakainde Hichilema has assured creditors that his administration will effectively deal with all the debt that the country owes. Zambia’s external debt stockpile is said to be around US$13 billion with US$3 billion reportedly owed to Chinese interests, including Export and Import Bank of China, China Development Bank and China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corporation.
