I WISH to appeal to Zesco to consider coming up with another toll-free customer line apart from the ever-congested 322 line.Zambia is too big a country to rely on one toll-free line.
The 322 line is very frustrating as it takes ages for the people to pick our calls.
Recently, we had a challenge with recharging using those complicated meters for three days.
This idea of calling Lusaka for everything must come to an end.
Surely, why should a customer call Lusaka just for a recharge?
Time to improve services by Zesco is now.
