Forest, Rangers share spoils

MULWANDA LUPIYA, Trade Fair Ground, Ndola
FOREST Rangers and Nchanga Rangers yesterday shared points in a Super Division Week 30 match that left the Ndola side stuck in eighth position.
Forest have 37 points, 27 behind leaders Zanaco. Rangers are lying sixth from bottom with 33 points.
Forest midfielder Kobe Chipeta ballooned his effort after benefiting from a Logic Ching’andu cross on 16 minutes.
Striker Anos Tembo squandered Rangers’ best opportunity when, with goalkeeper Makasa Mufwaya to beat, he delayed to pull the trigger and the ball was collected from his feet in the 43rd minute.
After the break both teams created scoring opportunities but failed to shake the net.
