Fashion joins Rangers side after more glory

WHEN Scottish side Rangers appointed former Liverpool and England captain Steven Gerrard, it was seen as a gamble. But at the same time, there was a buzz of excitement.
It was a gamble because Gerrard did not have any major coaching experience. The doubts were understandable. No matter how good one was on the pitch, there is no guarantee that they will be successful on the coaching bench. Frank Lampard at Chelsea is a good case.
Gerrard’s only previous coaching experience was with Liverpool reserves.
But that was not all; Gerrard found Rangers in a state of despair.
