Envoy invites Indian investors

TEDDY KUYELA, Lusaka
INDIAN High Commissioner to Zambia Dharmedra Gaddam has urged Indian investors to increase their long-term investment in Zambia because the country has viable opportunities.
Mr Gaddam said Indian investors need to increase their investment base because Zambia has huge untapped resources that should be exploited.
He said this in an interview in Lusaka yesterday shortly after attending celebrations of the First International Day of Yoga.
“We are encouraging our Indian investors to come and invest in Zambia because the country is offering a lot of investment opportunities in agriculture, tourism, construction, among other key areas,” Mr Gaddam said.
