Emperor Akihito commends stable Zambia

THE Emperor of Japan, Akihito, has praised Zambia for its record of peace and stability.
This was when President Edgar Lungu held talks with the emperor at the monarch’s palace in Tokyo.
And President Lungu says his decision to meet Japanese investors in Tokyo shows that Zambia does not segregate investors based on their nationality.
During the meeting, Emperor Akihito and President Lungu discussed issues affecting the two countries.
