Don’t contest, malicious politicians told

POLITICAL party leaders who are not ready to accept defeat should not contest this year’s general elections, Christian Theo-Democratic Alliance (CTDA) chairperson John Mwendapole has said.
Mr Mwendapole said at a media briefing in Lusaka on Saturday that politicians should be ready to take responsibility over a loss in an election.
“We need leaders who are ready to rule, leaders that are ready to accept defeat and not leaders that are resolved on inflaming tension. This country needs leaders who are bold and grateful and are able to say ‘thank you’ to Mother Zambia, because they would have benefited from the protection, environment and other provisions of this great nation,” he said.READ MORE
