Dishing out money bad cancer

CONTINENTAL Leadership Research Institute (CLRI) says the art of ‘dishing out money’ on the political spectrum is a retrogressive vice that will disadvantage women and youths from participating in governance issues and elections.
And Kitwe mayoral aspirant Mpasa Mwaya says ‘dishing out money’ by political players is a bad cancer that will deter new entrants, especially women and youths, from participating in politics.
In an interview yesterday, CLRI executive director Hakoola Ngo says his organisation is deeply concerned with this activity because it is reducing politics to a commercial activity.
