Chato unmoved by coffins

CHAMBO NG’UNI, Kabwe
ZAMBIA Prisons Service commissioner general Percy Chato says he is not shaken by the three coffins that were placed at his house in Kabwe’s Luangwa Extension by unknown people.
In an interview yesterday, Mr Chato said he and his family were fine despite the bizarre incident.
Mr Chato’s family woke up to a rude shock on Monday when they found three small wooden coffins at their gate, one of them containing a live chameleon, a white cloth and black soil, while the other two contained blood stained white cloths.
Meanwhile, Kabwe district commissioner Patrick Chishala has condemned the people responsible for the disgraceful act, describing them as cowards.
Mr Chishala said there was no need for Mr Chato and his family to be afraid but should rather pray and put their trust in God.
