Changes tactical

PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu says the changes he has made to Cabinet are a tactical approach aimed at improving Government operations to attain the country’s economic development.

The head of State says people should, therefore, not be surprised when he makes changes at ministerial level because they are meant to improve service delivery.
“When I reshuffle, it doesn’t mean that you have failed but because I feel we can reinforce the team by bringing in new blood,” he said.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
