‘Change perception golf is for rich people’

PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu has implored the Zambia Golf Union (ZGU) to change the perception that golf is a sport for rich people.
In a speech read on his behalf by Minister of Youth, Sport and Child Development Moses Mawere during the closing ceremony of the Zanaco Masters Golf Championship at Lusaka Golf Club on Sunday, Lungu said many people shun golf because they think it is for the rich.
