Chanda raises dirty hand rule against Kambwili

SPECIAL assistant to the President for press and public relations Amos Chanda has filed a counter-claim in which he wants Roan Member of Parliament Chishimba Kambwili to be restrained from issuing disparaging remarks against him.This is a case in which Mr Kambwili has sued Mr Chanda for defamation of character and wants the court to grant him an injunction restraining him from issuing statements against him.
According to the defence and counter-claim for defamation, Mr Chanda says he will rely on the defence of justification as the words he uttered are true in substance and in fact.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
