Chama, Dynamos saga: FIFA steps in

FIFA has appointed a judge from England to preside over the transfer saga between midfielder Clatus Chama and Lusaka Dynamos.
Dynamos have refused to release Chama’s International Transfer Certificate (ITC) after the player joined Tanzanian side Simba Sporting Club last month as a free agent.
The Super Division side claim Chama owes them a colossal amount of money hence their refusal to issue the ITC.
Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) acting general secretary Adrian Kashala said in an interview in Lusaka yesterday that FIFA has opted to appoint a judge to preside over the case after Simba appealed.
Kashala explained that Simba took the matter to FIFA and the world soccer governing body gave FAZ a seven-day ultimatum to provide sufficient evidence
