Banks a nightmare on month-ends

Dear editor,
VISITING most banks over the month-end for even a simple transaction is a nightmare.
Although it is a fact that most organisations are trying to downsize; why can’t they plan to have additional part time tellers during this period to limit the time clients have to spend in queues?
Of late, man hours are lost because clients have to spend a minimum of one hour a queue just to conduct one transaction that takes less than five minutes in an ideal situation.
By employing part-time tellers, banks will help to empower those without permanent jobs and provide a better and efficient service.
