Ballots security worries UPND

BALLOT papers for the April 24, 2018 local government elections which will be held in 16 wards arrived in the country yesterday.
The ballot papers arrived at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport at 14:25 hours aboard a United Arab Emirates.
The ballots were received by Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) officials, amid police presence.
