Airtel scoops award

AIRTEL Networks Zambia Plc has scooped the “best communications services award” at the just ended Mkushi Agriculture and Commercial Show in Central Province.
During the award ceremony held at the Mkushi showgrounds, Airtel Networks Zambia was honoured with the first prize in the communication services industry category.
Chairman of the show society Victor Chisi and Mkushi district commissioner Luke Mwamba handed the award to the Airtel team led by Key Account manager Collins Mutukwa.
This is according to a statement released yesterday by the Airtel corporate communications office.
Mr Mutukwa said the award was testimony of Airtel’s commitment to deliver quality telecommunication services across the country, hence reinforcing the company’s vision to be the most loved brand in the country.
He hailed the various co-operating partners and implored farmers to keep using Airtel as their preferred choice.
Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Livestock Greyford Monde, who toured the Airtel stand, thanked the service provider for being a constant supporter of farmers in the Mkushi farm block.
