TO ADVANCE national development and contribute to effective global governance, Zambia is participating in the World Government Summit taking place in Dubai, United
Arab Emirates (UAE).Vice-President Mutale Nalumango, who left for UAE yesterday, is representing Zambia at the global governance summit.
The summit will be held from tomorrow to Thursday under the theme “Shaping future governments”, where leaders and experts will deliberate on emerging governance models and innovative approaches to public administration.
The high-level global platform has drawn unprecedented participation, with over 35 heads of state, 150 governments and 500 ministers expected to attend.
Discussions will centre on international cooperation, technological advancement,sustainability and economic
growth, reflecting the world’s shared commitment to building resilient and forward-looking governance systems.
This is contained in a statement issued yesterday by the Vice-President’s press aide, Njenje Chizu.
