PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has called on citizens to embrace strong family values, intentional care for children and renewed Christian unity as essential pillars for national development.
In a brief keynote address delivered yesterday at National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka, before thousands of congregants gathered for the Midlands West
Zambia Conference Festival of the Laity Big Sabbath, President Hichilema emphasised that Zambia’s future success depends largely on the moral foundation laid within homes.
“The country can only succeed if families raise responsible and God-fearing citizens,” President Hichilema stated.
He urged husbands and wives to support one another and to guide their children with strong moral values, warning that a breakdown in the family unit leads to broader societal decay.
His message resonated deeply with the faithful, many of whom see family as the first church and the primary school of virtue..https://enews.daily-mail.co.zm/welcome/home
